An Exploratory Study of Awareness among Youth Based on Selected Health Parameters

Abstract
This paper focuses on the importance of being healthy and adopting a healthy lifestyle targeting the youth. In the present technological era, it is important not only to remain disease-free but to maintain good and balanced lifestyle for a healthy society. The paper attempts to analyse certain selected parameters and its impact on the wellbeing of the young generation. The article highlights the need to sensitise the youth about the various health issues and concerns and to work towards a healthier India.
