Abstract

Mini laparotomy (minilap) is the common method of tubal ligation in developing countries and is associated with various complications like pain in abdomen, menstrual irregularities, ectopic pregnancy and pelvic inflammatory disease. We report a rare case with moderate pain in lower abdomen after mini lap tubal ligation due to atrophic hypo pigmented scar which was due to over enthusiastic treatment of keloid.
