Abstract
Bochdalek hernia (BH) is a type of congenital diaphragmatic hernia which commonly presents in childhood
and is extremely rare in adults. Most of cases in adults are asymptomatic and can lead to fatal complications

Congenital Bochdalek hernia presenting at such an advanced age is not reported in literature so far.
